Description:
**Responsibilities**
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multi-family properties
Develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance
Manage property budgets and financial performance
Supervise property managers and maintenance staff
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Implement and maintain effective resident retention programs
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years of experience in property management
Strong knowledge of property management software
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
