Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance reporting and data infrastructure to improve analytics capabilities and support investment performance tracking.
- Assist in portfolio management through modeling and performance reporting, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
- Maintain and optimize internal performance reporting platforms, enhancing data tracking and reporting procedures.
- Create regular and ad hoc portfolio reports for management and investor inquiries, boosting marketing efforts and stakeholder engagement.
- Support corporate development initiatives, fund marketing strategies, and respond to investor questionnaires with precise data analysis.
- Collaborate with investment and operations teams to troubleshoot data-related issues and improve overall data management.
Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial services, management consulting, or data analytics.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial principles, including IRR and MOIC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SQL and VBA Macros.
- Understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and fund structures.
- Experience analyzing financial data from general ledgers and financial statements.
