Responsibilities
- Lead the reporting and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support weekly management meetings and strategic discussions.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting packages and quarterly materials for board meetings, translating financial data into actionable insights.
- Analyze product lines and customer segments to identify performance drivers and forecast future trends, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate on business case development for new initiatives, product launches, and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify margin improvement opportunities through pricing strategies and cost efficiencies, driving value creation across the organization.

Qualifications
- Must-Have: 3+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, consulting, or a similar analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
- Must-Have: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong financial modeling skills.
- Must-Have: Experience extracting and transforming data from tools like QuickBooks and Salesforce; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
