Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis of prospective portfolio companies, reviewing and interpreting financial statements to assess investment viability.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models, including stress-testing scenarios to support due diligence and investment committee presentations.
• Analyze key operational metrics to evaluate business performance and identify value-creation opportunities.
• Perform in-depth industry and market research to uncover trends and competitive dynamics that inform investment decisions.
• Engage with senior management at portfolio companies to monitor performance and assist in strategic initiatives.
• Manage deal-flow by maintaining and updating the CRM database to ensure effective pipeline tracking.
• Support marketing efforts to foster new relationships and generate proprietary deal flow.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: 1–4 years of experience in accounting, consulting, or investment banking/finance, preferably with a background in Transaction Advisory Services or Due Diligence.
• Must-Have: Proven proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities.
• Must-Have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses for senior stakeholders.
• Must-Have: Outstanding academic record; progress toward CPA designation is a plus.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with acquisition integration, revenue recognition, or ASC-742.
• Nice-to-Have: A high level of maturity, integrity, and interpersonal finesse, with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
