Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Manage the integration of accounting systems such as Oracle, Yardi, and Workiva to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational goals and drive profitability.
• Coordinate the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with ASC-742 standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support acquisition integration and other strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations, including GAAP and ASC-742.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle, Yardi, or Workiva.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial analysis.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Nice-to-Have:
• CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience in a public company environment.
• Familiarity with acquisition integration processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
