Applications Lead, SAP FI/CO

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP FI/CO solutions in collaboration with developers.
• Lead configuration activities across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Special Purpose Ledger modules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Rights Management, and Sales Operations teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet business objectives.
• Enhance existing processes, resolve issues, and drive improvements within the SAP FI/CO landscape.
• Support finance and accounting projects, including system upgrades and compliance with audit requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with developers on enhancements and reporting.
• Train end-users and develop comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience with strong functional knowledge in GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Special Purpose Ledger.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with Rights Management Systems.
• Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Fiori apps related to FICO processes.
