Division CFO / Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual business unit operating plan, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor and report monthly financial results, providing insights into variances and trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Forecast financial performance accurately, incorporating current trends and initiatives to optimize planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance understanding of operational activities, identifying cost drivers and performance improvement opportunities.
• Establish and refine analytics and metrics to track business performance, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting.
• Lead compliance efforts with corporate governance and regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong fiduciary environment.
• Act as a strategic partner in long-term planning, identifying investment opportunities and prioritizing initiatives to maximize EBITDA and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, with a strong understanding of KPIs and financial metrics.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite, and familiarity with Revenue Recognition and ASC-742 standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving financial performance and operational improvements.
