Associate/Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth investment analysis and due diligence, building and maintaining financial models, including LBO and valuation models.
• Analyze historical financial statements and key business drivers to identify investment opportunities.
• Support all stages of transaction execution, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth deal processes.
• Track portfolio company performance, preparing board presentations and internal reporting packages to monitor KPIs and support value-creation initiatives.
• Contribute to firm development by assisting in sourcing efforts, maintaining transaction databases, and supporting investment thesis development.
• Engage in market research and competitive analysis to enhance the firm's investment strategies.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for investment committee discussions.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• 2–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, restructuring, transaction advisory, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with a proven track record in complex transactions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Prior experience in private equity or restructuring advisory, particularly in special situations investing.
• Exposure to sectors such as industrials, aerospace & defense, manufacturing, or business services.
• Progress toward professional certifications such as CFA or MBA is a plus.
