Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and maintenance of consolidated financial reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes, delivering timely and insightful financial reports.
Conduct variance analysis and support management reporting activities to drive informed decision-making.
Research technical accounting issues and prepare comprehensive memoranda to guide accounting practices.
Support external audits by coordinating requests and maintaining audit support schedules.
Analyze and enhance existing reporting processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and accuracy.
Collaborate with operational leaders and external advisors to ensure consistent and high-quality financial reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3-7 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong knowledge of US GAAP.
Experience in preparing financial statements and supporting external audits.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
CPA certification.
Experience in Big 4 or national public accounting firms.
