Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols and housing regulations, including Section 8 and RSO standards.
• Address tenant concerns and inquiries with professionalism, employing effective phone communication and conflict resolution techniques.
• Develop and apply upselling tactics aimed at optimizing rental income and sustaining high occupancy levels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance property visibility and support marketing efforts within the local real estate market.
• Maintain a consistent presence at properties, including availability for weekend and emergency on-call situations as required.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
  • Demonstrated experience managing residential leasing or property management operations.
  • Proficiency with Appfolio or comparable property management platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in tenant and vendor interactions via phone and in person.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
