Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored to distribution channels, leveraging market analysis and company targets to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with distributor leadership and branch offices to develop annual business plans and execute growth initiatives.
• Act as the main liaison for distributor networks, providing technical and commercial support to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee pricing coordination, inventory management, and distribution agreements in partnership with internal departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with distribution partners to assess sales pipelines, market share, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Gather competitive intelligence and market insights through distributor feedback to inform strategic planning and product positioning.
• Partner with global teams to harmonize distribution strategies and share best practices across regions, supporting multi-market account management.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
  • Five to seven years of experience in outside sales or account management within the electronic components or technology sector.
  • Proven track record working with major component distributors and managing indirect sales channels.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time to support distributor relationships.
  • Experience operating in an international business environment, coordinating across multiple regions and cultures.
• Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with electronic components such as capacitors, inductors, RF filters, and related products.
  • Japanese or Spanish language skills to facilitate communication with global teams and distributors.
