Responsibilities

• Direct daily cash positioning and global liquidity management, ensuring accurate short- and long-term cash flow projections.
• Coordinate funding strategies, including intercompany transfers and cash deployment, to maximize capital efficiency.
• Oversee international banking structures, manage account administration, and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Ensure treasury operations comply with SOX requirements, internal controls, and regulatory standards through rigorous process oversight.
• Support debt facility management, lender communications, and covenant adherence while assisting with capital structure and financing transactions.
• Lead treasury technology enhancements, including ERP integrations and automation projects, to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on treasury strategy, M&A treasury integration, and audit preparation activities.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in corporate treasury within complex, multinational organizations.
  • Proven expertise in cash management, liquidity forecasting, and managing multi-entity banking relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury controls, debt administration, and compliance with regulatory frameworks including SOX.
  • Experience with treasury systems, ERP integrations, and treasury technology platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Nice-to-Have:
  • Background in entertainment, media, or similarly complex global industries.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential.
  • Hands-on experience with treasury transformation initiatives, automation, or Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations.
  • Involvement in M&A treasury integrations and related due diligence processes.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring roles within treasury teams.
