Treasury Analyst

Overview

Supporting treasury operations within a high-growth renewable energy logistics platform, this role offers hands-on involvement in cash management, forecasting, and treasury technology enhancements. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash positioning and manage bank account activities, including maintenance, user access, and resolving banking inquiries.
• Develop and update short-term cash flow forecasts, such as 13-week models, to inform liquidity planning and operational decisions.
• Assist with the rollout and continuous improvement of the Treasury Management System, focusing on process design, testing, and reporting documentation.
• Support debt administration tasks, including managing revolving credit facilities and monitoring compliance with third-party debt covenants.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to facilitate payment processing, troubleshoot transactions, and uphold treasury controls.
• Contribute to ERP-related treasury projects, including bank statement reconciliations, automation of receivables, and process efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address treasury-related insurance, compliance, and payment requirements while maintaining accurate records and supporting internal reporting.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or banking functions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or treasury management systems.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external banking partners.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a proactive mindset to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with debt compliance monitoring and revolving credit facility administration.
  • Exposure to treasury technology implementations or ERP enhancement projects.
