Description:
**Responsibilities**

  • Supervise the financial reporting team.
  • Revise process narratives to identify risks and implement controls.
  • Collaborate with auditors to clarify financial reporting processes.
  • Establish internal controls for accounting transactions and budgeting.
  • Ensure financial reports comply with accounting standards.
  • Audit accounts for compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX 404b, and SEC regulations.
  • Advise management on financial objectives and policies.
  • Conduct financial analysis for investments, pricing, and contracts.
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing.
  • Review general ledger details for accuracy.
  • Analyze complex accounting transactions and research accounting standards.
  • Interact with external audit team, subsidiaries, and joint ventures.
  • Implement new accounting pronouncements.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting with 6+ years of experience.
  • Experience in SEC reporting and technical accounting.
  • Active CPA license.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX 404b, and SEC regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
