Description:
**Responsibilities**

  • Act as a key member of the North America Finance Leadership team in the Global DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) sector
  • Collaborate with DTC commercial stakeholders and interact with FP&A and Pricing/Promotion Finance teams
  • Report to the Accounting Director, North America Commercial Finance
  • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of global standards for the DTC business through the Global DTC Center of Excellence (COE)
  • Manage month and quarter end close processes, review management reports, prepare and post journal entries, reconcile key balance sheet accounts, and analyze business performance
  • Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with controls such as MCS and SOX standards
  • Provide input for forecasts for the DTC commercial group
  • Lead month end close in collaboration with the FP&A team, oversee management reporting and variance analysis
  • Review and present key financial metrics and reports for the wider DTC commercial organization
  • Establish and maintain the Overall Control Environment to ensure financial governance processes are in place and followed for MCS and SOX Controls
  • Support financial forecasts (AOP and in-year re-forecasts) and act as the primary contact for day-to-day business finance inquiries
  • Define Global Standards and Practices for the DTC business as part of the DTC COE
  • Provide leadership and development for DTC Accountant, including goal setting, career planning, and feedback

**Qualifications**

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Possess 8+ years of experience in accounting roles (or Master’s with 6+ years), with active CPA or working towards CPA
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate, lead meetings, and build relationships across the organization to achieve business objectives
  • Capable of transitioning between high-level and detailed tasks while upholding team standards
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with individuals at all levels of the business
  • Take ownership of projects and see them through from start to finish
  • Hold self and team accountable for delivering on strategic priorities
  • Have in-depth knowledge of accounting, with experience in DTC or consumer packaged goods industry as a plus
  • Show ability to lead direct reports and develop others
  • Possess advanced MS Office Excel skills
  • Exhibit a growth mindset by staying curious, continuously learning, embracing challenges, and seeking self-improvement
