Description:
**Responsibilities**

• Supervise and lead the accounting team
• Execute full-cycle accounting tasks, such as managing the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and generating reports
• Review and prepare financial reports for investors
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve business goals
• Utilize Yardi software for real estate accounting operations

**Qualifications**

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Have at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting
• Demonstrate proficiency in Yardi software
• Possess strong leadership abilities and team management skills
• Exhibit excellent communication and analytical capabilities
• Be detail-oriented with a focus on precision and efficiency
