Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to standards.
  • Coordinate the budgeting process, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage the preparation of tax returns.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and financial decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of financial data and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounting management or a similar role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
