Description:

Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts receivable team, lead system upgrades, and enhance key performance metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and unearned discounts while conducting ad hoc analyses.
• Manage daily accounts receivable documentation, review staff outputs, and ensure the precision of related financial systems. Serve as the main administrator for cash application software, assist with collections and customer inquiries, and prepare necessary journal entries and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the Senior Credit Manager on various credit-related analyses and projects, and participate in the implementation of credit and collection systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable functions is essential.
• Experience in a supervisory role is required.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards, High Radius, BlackLine, and other cash application or credit and collection software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong management and interpersonal abilities, are necessary.
