A fully integrated private real estate investment firm located in DTLA seeks an up and coming Analyst to join its team. This firm has over $9M sqft of commercial properties up and down the West and East coast. Ideally looking for someone coming out of the commercial real estate sector ready to make the next step in their career to join an amazing W/L balance and QOL company. Please apply if interested!


  • Create, maintain and update cash flow/financial models using Excel and Argus
  • Perform various portfolio- and property-level analysis of existing national portfolio, including hold/sell analysis for current assets
  • Assist in all aspects of property level acquisitions and dispositions and related due diligence efforts
  • Conduct market research of target investment markets and project market trends based on supply/demand models and macro/micro economic forecasting
  • Prepare quarterly reports, strategic plans and annual investment plans


  • Undergraduate degree with an emphasis in real estate, finance, economics, or accounting required
  • One to two years of relevant work experience (commercial real estate experience preferred)
  • High degree of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Argus experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment
  • Exhibit a strong desire to grow and learn the real estate investment business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
