Description: **Responsibilities**
Maintain stock reports at month end for all warehouse management systems for retail and eCommerce.
Reconcile stock holdings across multiple warehouses and businesses monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Process inventory movements as requested, ensuring proper approvals and documentation for audit trail.
Review inventory comparison reports for Finished Goods, Components, and eCommerce, collaborating with teams to resolve issues.
Prepare Sox compliance documentation and conduct testing.
Update annual Sox compliance reporting pack.
Assist in managing excess and obsolete inventory.
Perform other Inventory tasks as needed.
Review 3rd party data to ensure metadata and pricing updates are completed before month end reporting.
Prepare 3rd party month end perpetual inventory reporting and analytics for review.
Participate in 3rd party inventory onboarding projects.
Assist with individual product cycle count reviews and adjustments.
Assist with 3rd party label audits and reconciliations.
Support year-end external and internal audits and reconciliations.
Evaluate current Inventory Control systems for enhancements and modifications.
Document and improve department processes, implementing recommendations.
Participate in ongoing process improvement and S4/Hana project.
Develop and utilize reports and performance indicators for KPI reporting.
Implement balanced scorecards to monitor inventory levels, obsolescence, and discrepancies.
**Qualifications**
Experience with a modern ERP system and identifying process improvements.
Understanding of inventory and cost accounting.
Ability to review and analyze inventory related reports effectively.
Previous experience with robotic process automation or willingness to learn.
Interpersonal flexibility and collaboration across levels and teams.
Ability to share ideas and methods to improve performance.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to present ideas and problem solve effectively with various groups.
Strong analytical skills to reconcile inventory data, analyze trends, and provide recommendations.
2-3 years in supply chain operations or inventory control, preferably in Media, Entertainment, Branded Product, Merchandise, or Consumer Package products segments.
Knowledge of inventory Key Performance Indicators, Operation Excellence initiatives, Supply Chain Processes, and Systems.
BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
