Financial services company in West LA is looking for an AP/Treasury Associate/Manager. Responsible for activities and support related to invoice processing, cash management, wire payments, and cash reconciliations. Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to ensure timely payment processing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Thorough understanding of all AP functions and client policies/procedures
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy, supporting documentation, and approvals
  • Entering and coding invoices in client accounting systems
  • Documenting and maintaining AP processes and transactions
  • Preparing weekly check and daily wire payments
  • Communicating with vendors and client personnel to resolve issues
  • Expense report processing
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Provide administrative support packaging reports to clients/investors

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with strict adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized
  • High level of professionalism with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
