The Asset Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value of assets under management. The Asset Manager will be entrusted with optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of a large number of diverse multi-family assets through ensuring compliance, conducting financial analysis, providing support for the operations. This is a highly detail oriented and process driven position.

• Support the execution of the business plans for each property including oversight of leasing objectives, operating and capital budgets
• Maintain monthly or quarterly asset management reports which include actual vs. budget comparisons, performance and budget variances and changes in the market, property and business plans
• Work in conjunction with project management and construction teams to oversee tenant improvements and capital projects
• Act as a team player with strong interpersonal/communication skills, and be able interact with lenders and investors in an effective and confident manner
• Engage and direct third party vendors including brokers, industry third parties and construction professionals
• Contribute transaction experience, ideally on the principal side across multiple asset classes, most importantly commercial office, retail and multifamily real estate
• Display an understanding of key legal agreements including leases, purchase and sale agreements, management and agency agreements, operating and partnership agreements, and loan documents
• Advise and assist on new acquisitions and in establishing property performance objectives; assist with recapitalizations and dispositions of assets
