  • Collaborate and maintain service level with the Operations team in the industry
  • Act as the owner for ISG’s SOC 1 and SOX control procedures, consistently reviewing controls to ensure their relevance to current processes
  • Stay informed about market conditions and regulatory changes that could impact AISG’s operating model
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely execution of collateral management processing activity
  • Monitor and review investment activity to ensure compliance with internal control framework and regulatory requirements
  • Work with senior management to continuously improve processes, procedures, and practices for enhanced team efficiency and productivity
  • Assist the Accounting Operations team in resolving position and transaction reconciliation discrepancies related to Middle Office functions and processes
  • Train and evaluate team members, providing coaching and development opportunities to support core capabilities and competencies
  • Identify and mitigate risks


  • 7 – 10 years of experience in a financial institution (asset management firm, hedge fund, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sound judgement
  • Effective and professional communication to resolve issues and minimize risk
  • Proven ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Familiarity with fixed income securities and the Alternatives market
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate questions and find alternative solutions
  • Success in navigating and thriving in a dynamic, growing business
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and understanding business processes and challenges
  • Experience in change management or as a change agent
