Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Associate to join the US Public Credit Financial Reporting team focused on SEC reporting and technical accounting research. The US Public Credit Financial Reporting team oversees and manages the external financial reporting function for multiple public and non-publicly-traded entities within the organization. The team collaborates with various teams across the organization, including Fund Accounting, FPA, Legal, Investor Relations and others.

This role will require a dynamic, adaptive and agile hands-on professional who will be capable of ensuring optimal processes in a fast-paced rapidly growing environment.

  • Preparing and filing SEC documents for various public entities utilizing the Workiva reporting tool, including Forms 10-Q/K, Form 8-K, earnings presentations and registration statements
  • Coordinating receipt of deliverables used in the reporting documents directly with multiple groups across the organization
  • Preparing the roll forward and drafts of SEC documents in the Workiva reporting tool
  • Reviewing tie outs for the 8-K/earnings presentation and Forms 10-Q/K
  • Performing research on peer disclosures and implementation of new accounting pronouncements
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of globally consistent accounting disclosures
  • Reviewing existing processes for automation and improvement opportunities
  • Maintaining a strong internal control environment and compliance with regulatory literature


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
  • CPA license preferred

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience in public accounting and/or industry experience
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Ability to successfully prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Experience with Workiva preferred
