**Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage audit engagements for clients in the financial services industry
• Develop audit plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Review and analyze financial statements and internal controls
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to clients
• Supervise and mentor audit staff
• Communicate audit findings to clients and senior management

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in external auditing
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
