Description:
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policy.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity, FX hedging, cash flow forecasting, and maintaining banking relationships.
- Oversee accounts receivable activities, such as billing and collection of expense reimbursements.
- Implement best practices to optimize the accounts payable process and serve as the Concur systems administrator.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Coordinate with offshore team to ensure smooth operations.
- Approve payment runs and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, cash forecasts, and financial reports.
- Support financial audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
- Mentor and develop offshore team members.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts payable roles.
- Experience in managing teams and overseeing financial operations.
- Prior experience as a director of accounts payable.
- Proficiency in Concur and experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
- Experience in fund or asset management is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage offshore teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
