Description:
**Responsibilities**

• Participate in project financing and fundraising activities.
• Conduct financial due diligence for potential loans, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Oversee the development and implementation of financial systems.
• Supervise the Director of Centralized Accounting and financial statement preparation.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team for accurate reporting.
• Manage cash flow and working capital for operations and growth.
• Prepare and manage reporting to the board, lenders, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the executive team on strategic business plans.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks through effective controls.

**Qualifications**

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years in financial leadership roles in real estate and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and accounting principles.
• Ability to develop and execute financial strategies for growth.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven success in managing financial operations and maximizing shareholder value.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into insights.
• Experience in similar service industries preferred.
