Description:
**Responsibilities**

• Provide financial leadership and guidance to the organization
• Collaborate with Greg Morillo, CIO & Managing Partner, and other key stakeholders
• Oversee all financial operations and compliance activities
• Manage relationships with external service providers
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis

**Qualifications**

• Previous experience in hedge fund operations
• Proficiency in NAV calculations and K-1 reporting
• Demonstrated ability to work with auditors and manage company accounting
• Strong skills in budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance requirements
