Responsibilities

• Direct the financial strategy, capital distribution, and risk management for acquisitions in the mobile home park sector.
• Compile and deliver the company's financial statements to current and potential shareholders and operational divisions in a precise and timely manner.
• Establish, oversee, and refine all corporate financial planning and analysis functions, including long-term strategic initiatives, budgeting, and funding.
• Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards, tax strategies, and regulatory obligations across multi-state real estate operations.
• Manage and execute the year-end audit process and taxation strategy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance executive within the real estate sector, with a minimum of 3 years in the manufactured housing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate finance, capital structuring, and financial modeling techniques.
• Proven ability to enhance operational efficiencies following acquisitions to improve net operating income (NOI) and increase portfolio value.
• Exceptional skills in negotiation, investor relations, and capital markets.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, acquisition-focused environment.
