Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct capital acquisition initiatives to secure funding from venture capitalists, private equity firms, family offices, and global investment funds.
• Craft and deliver the organization’s strategic narrative, comprehensive financial models, business plans, and investor presentations.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with investors, key stakeholders, and the wider investment community, providing consistent updates on financial outcomes and organizational progress.
• Negotiate deal terms and structures that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Ensure adherence to all financial reporting standards and regulations pertaining to fundraising and investor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or CPA is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial role within a high-growth startup environment.
• Demonstrated success in securing substantial capital from late-stage private equity, family offices, institutional investors, and international funds.
• Strong proficiency in financial planning, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and business insight.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of building, leading, and motivating a high-performing finance team.
