**Responsibilities**

• Supervise daily accounting operations, focusing on general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Lead and guide accounting team members, offering support and growth opportunities.
• Review and prepare financial reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Coordinate audit processes with external auditors and ensure preparedness.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting leadership to achieve company-wide financial objectives.
• Participate in hands-on tasks, assisting with complex accounting issues and promoting accountability.

**Qualifications**
