Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts to maintain financial stability.
• Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with various departments to align financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to facilitate the review process.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
