Description:
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and valuation assessments for potential acquisition targets using various methodologies such as DCF and NPV.
- Analyze financial statements to evaluate the financial status and risks of target companies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support M&A strategy development.
- Identify and assess M&A and new business opportunities through rigorous analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Manage transaction processes from start to finish, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing analysis and project management for various corporate development projects.
- Assist in developing and implementing corporate strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, finance, or related field with a focus on M&A.
- Proven experience in valuing both music and non-music assets.
- Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and understanding of broader implications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling software preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
