Description:
**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform in-depth financial modeling and valuation assessments for potential acquisition targets using various methodologies such as DCF and NPV.
  • Analyze financial statements to evaluate the financial status and risks of target companies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support M&A strategy development.
  • Identify and assess M&A and new business opportunities through rigorous analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage transaction processes from start to finish, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing analysis and project management for various corporate development projects.
  • Assist in developing and implementing corporate strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, finance, or related field with a focus on M&A.
  • Proven experience in valuing both music and non-music assets.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and understanding of broader implications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling software preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
