Pacific Executive Search is a boutique executive search firm focused on Accounting and Finance in Los Angeles. While we work across all industries, we have particular strength within Investment Management, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Venture Capital. Our typical candidate has had experience in Big 4 public accounting and our placements are up to the CFO level.

We are currently evaluating candidates to join our small growing firm. This key position will work closely with the partners of the firm to expand our existing book of clients and candidates and services our existing client searches. This full-desk role will play a pivotal role in the growth of our firm as we continue to expand.


  • Use a combination of recruiting techniques to identify, evaluate, and hire premier talent in the Finance and Accounting specialization.
  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent, using both traditional and innovative sources to create a pipeline of qualified candidates with a focus on diverse talent.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and partner to business leaders, managers, talent partners and other key stakeholders to drive recruiting strategy within the various functions 
  • Advocate for both businesses and candidates throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touch points and consistent communication
  • Use data and insights to inform business partners and improve recruitment metrics
  • Work with a solid sense of urgency, filling the highest priority needs for the company


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • Two to five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting Big4 candidates out of public accounting and throughout their careers.
  • Track record of consistently billing among the top 10% in the industry.
