Description:
**Responsibilities**

  • Oversee and manage all financial activities of the portfolio, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets to provide precise and timely financial information to management.
  • Establish and execute internal controls and procedures to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and accountants as needed.
  • Conduct financial analysis and offer recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with asset management team to minimize expenses or boost profit.
  • Manage and update project budgeting and forecasting.
  • Regularly communicate with asset management team and operators on various job-related topics such as funding, schedules, contracts, financial forecasts, and payments.
