Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial planning and analysis functions to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and guide resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to drive business improvement.
- Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in a consumer goods or retail environment is highly desirable.
