As the Director of Operations for the west coast multi family portfolio, you would have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities overseeing a significant AUM of 1.5B and report directly to the head of operations. Description:
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multi-family properties
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance
- Manage property budgets and financial performance
- Supervise property managers and maintenance staff
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance tenant satisfaction
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in property management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of property management software
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with diverse tenant populations
