Description:
**Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the daily operations of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security of vacant properties, maintenance, and property marketing.
  • Ensure all contractual property management obligations are met and exceeded on assigned properties.
  • Create an annual inspection process for properties and specific assets.
  • Manage budgets, conduct operational reviews, and analyze corrective actions needed to enhance profitability.
  • Participate in budget development, analyze monthly financial statements, and strategize for collection of receivables.
  • Administer lease clauses, prepare vacancy reports, enforce client compliance, and identify leasing prospects.
  • Coordinate with accounting for revenue collection, invoice approval, and budget maintenance.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong facility lifespan.
  • Manage client relations, collaborate with other departments, and report on projects and properties.
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with coworkers, clients, and the public.
  • Manage aviation assets including tracking, maintenance, and usage.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by company executives.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.
  • Paralegal or legal experience with contracts preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial property management/real estate.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing processes and managing large property portfolios.
  • Understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effective budget development and management skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to drive results.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multi-state and nationwide properties preferred.
  • Proficient in identifying suppliers, negotiating prices, and selecting vendors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong hospitality and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Basic math skills and common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
