Description:
**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and enhance the client acquisition strategy and refine the pitch to management teams of highly valued startups.
  • Participate as a key leader at Manhattan West on client pitch calls and presentations.
  • Oversee the creation of tailored client pitch materials, including thorough underwriting and due diligence.
  • Manage the entire deal process from start to finish and handle formal mandate negotiations.
  • Supervise new and existing engagements, serving as the main point of contact for clients and collaborating with Manhattan West’s Client Service & Operations teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Represent Manhattan West at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility and reputation.
  • Aid in expanding the Late-Stage Venture Capital team and diversifying our client offerings.

**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 5 years in a principal investing or corporate advisory role focused on private capital, technology/VC, growth equity, or TMT investment banking.
  • Demonstrated success in pitching and closing mandates with late-stage venture-backed companies.
  • Established network of relationships with investors and executives at late-stage companies, unicorns, and related stakeholders.
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, written and verbal communication, and presentations.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify and pursue high-value opportunities.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and energetic mindset.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects at an executive level.
  • Authorized to work in the United States legally.
  • Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment assessments.
