In this role, you will take on new responsibilities such as processing accounts payable, reconciling general ledger accounts, and supporting month-end close processes, all while working in the beautiful South Bay area. Description:

Responsibilities

  • Engage in direct communication with internal teams and vendors to fulfill job requirements effectively.
  • Manage accounts payable processes for domestic entities.
  • Compile comprehensive schedules that summarize cash transactions and account balances.
  • Reconcile and oversee various general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the month-end closing procedures and the preparation of quarterly financial statements.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance financial processes.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and accounts payable software.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of GAAP.
  • CPA certification or candidacy is preferred.
