Overview: Pacific Executive Search has been engaged on a search for a FPandA Manager in San Fernando Valley. You would lead the preparation and analysis of financial results, collaborate with the Accounting Team, and actively be involved in IPOs, MandA, and investor relations. Description: **Responsibilities**
- Manage the analysis and reporting of financial results for corporate leadership.
- Oversee the development of the 5-year strategic plan, annual budget, and monthly forecasts to align with company goals.
- Work closely with the Accounting Team to assess and explain financial statements.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial planning, finance, accounting, or similar roles.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Investment Banking, Big 4, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or related fields.
- Participation in IPOs, M&A, investor relations, and financing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or Master’s degree is a plus. CPA/CFA certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software.
- Strong analytical and strategic abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with various teams.
- Knowledge of Japanese language is beneficial but not required.
