Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain comprehensive financial models for publicly traded REITs and other real estate operating entities.
• Perform thorough due diligence and market assessments to uncover potential investment prospects.
• Create investment memoranda and presentation materials to aid in investment recommendations and decisions.
• Track existing portfolio investments and deliver timely updates on earnings, valuations, and strategic changes.
• Keep current with market research, sector evaluations, and overall activity within the real estate sector.
• Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate valuations, equity research, investment banking, real estate private equity, or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse industry sectors (e.g., office, retail, multifamily, industrial).
• Familiarity with various valuation methodologies (e.g., NAV, comparable analysis).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives and senior management.
• Proficient in relevant technical tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a small team and entrepreneurial setting.
