A global investment firm is looking for an Investor Relations and Marketing Analyst to support the Investor Relations Marketing team, which is responsible for all the fundraising, communications/marketing, and portfolio company-level data analytics and reporting.


  • Own portfolio company data collection, template maintenance, and completion, portfolio analysis, and select reporting, including but not limited to: quarterly and ad-hoc limited partners reports, CRM database management, Annual Investor Conference data analytics support, and preparation of valuation materials for annual advisory board reporting.

  • Serve as the day-to-day administrator of the firm’s Investor Relations CRM, including comprehensive and timely logging of existing and prospective investor profiles and all interactions and activities.

  • Log, track, standardize, execute and respond to daily/quarterly/ad-hoc internal and external investor data requests.
  • Run quarterly performance benchmarking research and analysis for the senior leadership team and conduct market, competitive landscape, and industry research.
  • Provide administrative support for the firm’s global fundraising efforts, including:
    • Assisting in the preparation of due diligence materials (private placement memorandums, pitch books, due diligence questionnaires, performance analysis). 
    • Maintaining updated marketing materials and day-to-day administration of the fundraising data room.
  • Support the preparation of all marketing and communication efforts including press releases, email campaigns, investor memos, and quarterly/annual investor reports.

  • Provide support in the planning and preparation of the firm’s annual investor conference and/or other investor events.
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with internal departments (investment team, finance & accounting, compliance, legal, HR, FP&A, IT, etc.) to ensure quality and timely processing of deliverables.


  • 1-2 years of relevant experience at an investment bank, private placement group, or related field; M&A/private equity, investor relations, or client-facing experience valued but not required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field. SKILLS REQUIRED/DESIRED:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, strong work ethic, proactive and self-motivated.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and strong writing and editing skills to draft internal and external materials.

  • Sharp intellect with strong financial, analytical, and technical acumen.

  • Ability to meet parallel deadlines, handle multiple tasks, prioritize and deliver projects in a timely fashion.

  • Excellent communicator who can comfortably interact across all levels and teams in the organization.
