A global investment firm is looking for an Investor Relations and Marketing Analyst to support the Investor Relations Marketing team, which is responsible for all the fundraising, communications/marketing, and portfolio company-level data analytics and reporting.
Own portfolio company data collection, template maintenance, and completion, portfolio analysis, and select reporting, including but not limited to: quarterly and ad-hoc limited partners reports, CRM database management, Annual Investor Conference data analytics support, and preparation of valuation materials for annual advisory board reporting.
Serve as the day-to-day administrator of the firm’s Investor Relations CRM, including comprehensive and timely logging of existing and prospective investor profiles and all interactions and activities.
Support the preparation of all marketing and communication efforts including press releases, email campaigns, investor memos, and quarterly/annual investor reports.
1-2 years of relevant experience at an investment bank, private placement group, or related field; M&A/private equity, investor relations, or client-facing experience valued but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field. SKILLS REQUIRED/DESIRED:

Strong proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and strong writing and editing skills to draft internal and external materials.

Excellent communicator who can comfortably interact across all levels and teams in the organization.
