Responsibilities:

1. Addressing Trade Challenges: By engaging with clients, the front office, and brokers, you'll monitor and resolve trade issues and inquiries, ensuring seamless operations.

2. Upholding Rigorous Controls: Enforcing ISG's SOC 1 and SOX control procedures to maintain the highest standards of data integrity and security.

3. Mastering Collateral Management: Executing collateral management processes meticulously, you'll ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

4. Regulatory Compliance Guardian: Reviewing investment activity, you'll ensure adherence to ISG's internal control framework and regulatory obligations.

5. Wiring Success: Overseeing wires and funding activity, you'll keep the financial gears turning smoothly.

6. Continuous Process Enhancement: Collaborating with senior management, you'll contribute to refining processes, enhancing team efficiency, and fostering innovation.

7. Reconciliation Expertise: Assisting the Investment Accounting team, you'll reconcile positions and transactions, enhancing operational accuracy.

8. Smooth Onboarding: Participating in client, assets, or portfolio onboarding events, you'll contribute to seamless transitions.

9. Portfolio Rebalancing Support: Assisting in portfolio rebalancing trade activities to optimize portfolio performance.

10. Project Participation: Engaging in projects and initiatives alongside the Middle Office team to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

– Education Edge: Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University/College, preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems.

– Industry Insight: Bring 2-5 years of valuable experience within the investment management/asset management sector, including internships.

– Attention to Detail: Exhibit a meticulous nature, excellent organization, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.

– Back Office Advantage: Any previous experience in middle or back office operations is a noteworthy bonus.

– Communication Maven: Skillfully communicate to resolve issues, mitigating risk while maintaining professionalism.

– Financial Instruments Familiarity: Proficiency in handling physical settlements, repurchase agreements, bank loans, CLOs, and primary market deal settlements.

– Tech Savviness: Showcase proficiency in a range of technology tools including Bloomberg, Excel, VBA, SQL, CTM, DTCC Alert, and SWIFT.
