Description:
Responsibilities
- Oversee leasing procedures for a portfolio of 20 properties, collaborating with property managers, leasing agents, the Director of Property Management, and ownership to ensure efficient scheduling and workflow.
- Implement and manage new software solutions for the organization, including CRM systems, website enhancements, and lead integration tools, in response to evolving industry trends.
- Track occupancy and revenue targets for each building, providing data analysis and strategic recommendations to ownership regarding tour numbers, conversion rates, and weekly performance updates.
- Collaborate with designers and photographers to ensure that marketing materials, including listings on platforms like www.apartments.com, effectively showcase the renovated units.
- Establish and refine best practices for tenant screening, leasing processes, and move-in procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leasing or property management within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and leasing techniques.
- Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.
