Description:
**Responsibilities**

  • Responsible for maintaining the books and records for various funds within the Global Private Debt business
  • Manage accounting for cash and investments, including reconciliation
  • Record and reconcile purchase and sale transactions
  • Estimate and post monthly closing accruals
  • Collaborate with corporate actions team on complex corporate actions
  • Prepare and review complex management fee and waterfall calculations
  • Review income and expense allocations, updating distribution waterfall as needed
  • Prepare distributions and capital calls
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Analyze and calculate performance metrics
  • Coordinate with auditors, custodians, prime brokers, and fund administrators
  • Document processes and internal controls for financial reporting
  • Perform other necessary tasks

**Qualifications**

  • 5-7 years of relevant accounting or audit experience, preferably from Big Four public accounting
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation and account analysis
  • Solid technical accounting skills and knowledge of investment company accounting rules
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve complex problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
