Description:
**Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and employee travel reimbursements in accordance with the T&E Expense Policy.
  • Manage treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity, FX hedging, cash flow forecasting, bank account management, and banking relationships.
  • Oversee accounts receivable activities, including billing and collection of expense reimbursements for funds, portfolio companies, and affiliates.
  • Implement best practices to optimize the accounts payable process and act as the Concur systems administrator for AP and T&E.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with offshore team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Approve payment runs with proper authorizations in place.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage banking relationships.
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, cash forecasts, and financial reports related to AP, Treasury, and AR.
  • Support financial audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and efficiency.
  • Mentor and develop offshore team members to drive high performance and professional growth.

**Qualifications:**

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounts payable roles.
  • Experience in leading teams and overseeing extensive financial operations.
  • Prior experience in director roles within accounts payable.
  • Proficient in using Concur with advanced skills required.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a bonus.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience in fund or asset management is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage offshore teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and dedication to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Respect for a people-centered culture and ability to lead and follow as needed.
