Fully remote Senior Manager, Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting to take the lead in reviewing the structure and accounting for complex transactions, overseeing and maintaining our SEC filings, and working with our HR, legal, and payroll teams on equity compensation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze and conclude on technical accounting issues
• Work with internal groups to foresee potential accounting issues and recommend practical solutions associated with contemplated business transactions, including new products and business lines
• Oversee technical accounting related to any M&A activities, including purchase accounting and accounting policy alignment considerations
• Analyze new accounting guidance from the FASB, SEC and other regulatory bodies, including evaluating the impact of new guidance on the Company’s financial statements and implementing new accounting standards, as required
• Oversee accounting of all equity related transactions and stock-based compensation plans, including the valuation, forecasting, recording, and reporting of stock-based compensation expense, related tax impact and earnings per share
• Manage all SEC filings, including annual and quarterly reports and other required form filings to ensure accuracy of data presented
• Review and maintain all supporting documentation for SEC filings
• Manage XBRL tagging related to SEC filings
• Assist in ongoing SOX compliance requirements for internal and external reporting
• Liaison with finance department, internal legal counsel and external independent auditors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• CPA required
• 7+ years of relevant technical accounting and management experience
• Experience in top-tier accounting firm
• Experience working in a technology company preferred
• Experience with stock-based compensation accounting
• Superior writing and communication capabilities
• Strong understanding of GAAP, FASB codification and pronouncements and SEC reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
