Description:

Responsibilities

  • Contribute significantly to investment transactions from inception to completion.
  • Execute administrative tasks that assist the team in daily operations, including but not limited to:
    • Prepare subscription agreements.
    • Process and monitor wire transfers.
    • Handle communications with prospects and clients.
    • Maintain and update the database of clients and potential investors.
    • Oversee the financial management of funds and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
    • Organize and refresh the data room.
    • Facilitate the execution of nondisclosure agreements.
    • Support the preparation of fund or entity formation documentation.
    • Assist with audit processes and related confirmations.
    • Participate in special projects, including business development and investor relations, as needed.
    • Communicate effectively with third-party service providers.
    • Review investment agreements and related documents, coordinating with legal and compliance teams.
    • Update and maintain capital tables.
    • Assist with distributions to investors.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, project management capabilities, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple transactions under tight deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with a robust work ethic and high self-motivation, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey complex information concisely.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in client services or the financial industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DocuSign.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment assessments.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
