Description:
Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular and ad-hoc portfolio analytics to support investment management, including performance attribution, portfolio composition, and risk exposures. – Develop portfolio analytics reports for internal use and investor relations communication. – Assist in preparing data for investor and fundraising materials. – Maintain portfolio analytics tools/systems with accurate and updated information. – Identify and implement improvements to tools/systems and processes. – Collaborate with fund administrator, trading, compliance, and operations teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. – Effectively communicate portfolio dynamics to internal stakeholders to establish a comprehensive understanding of analytics and reporting. – Act as a primary liaison to external Fund Administrator and Tax Consultant partners. – Provide analytical support for strategic cross-functional projects. Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field. – Previous experience in portfolio analytics or a similar role, preferably at an asset management firm, investment bank, or related financial services company. – Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and PowerPoint. – Familiarity with portfolio analytics tools and software. – Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills with high attention to detail. – Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities with urgency. – High integrity with open communication and constructive feedback.
